AQUA Pazza is a passionate story of friendship and shared love for the culture of food and wine. From diverse professional backgrounds, Paolo, Roberto and Ian pursued their dream of owning and running an Italian restaurant in Sri Lanka’s most historic and beautiful city, Galle Fort and AQUA Forte was born in 2019.
After this successful beginning the AQUA Family expanded and Ian’s Spanish heritage allowed us to marry traditional tapas and Chef Roberto’s talian cuisine in new contemporary restaurant concept.
